National treasure. This dotaku (Bronze bell ) was unearthed with Bell No.36 placed inside. The surface of the vessel is decorated with a picture of a deer with horns, a four-legged animal which appears to be a humorous looking wild boar, and a dragonfly with its wings wide open. In the center of the handle, the mark 'X' has been inscribed by a tool with a sharp cutting edge.
