This article has an arc-shaped surface. The profile is a dragon image, with a round eye and open revealing teeth. There are three teeth on the mandible, two of which are arc-shaped sharp tooth, and the last one is flower shape uprising toward two sides. In addition, it has round nostrils, carving in concave line without hollow-out technique to demonstrate the big nose. Dragon beard is bent backward like wings. The back of dragon head are divided into two parts, the upper part is a pattern downward like two horns, particularly, a crack could be found on it, while the lower part is cloud pattern drown by double concave lines. On the middle of the edge, a fracture section is obvious to see, which means it is not an intact object. The curved plane of the object indicates that it t might have been an ornament inlaid on a column–shape article by a sort of bas-relief workmanship.
