This is a brush used to brush off dust from clothes. It was made of a variety of animal hair or fibers, mostly pig hair. The clothes brush shown here consists of a wooden handle and a mix of yellow and black bristles, affixed in one line at the bottom side of the handle. The handle is a slightly curved square piece of wood. A loop is attached to the side of the handle, and joined with a leather string, and three concentric circles are carved on top and both sides.
