Some people like to cook the brown pap on fire. This is based on personal preference. When cooked, Ogi is often taken with milk and sugar, alongside meals like akara, moi-moi or beans. Pap (or Ogi) is a popular Nigerian meal that can be made from made from maize, sorghum, or millet. It is usually taken at breakfast but can be had at any time of the day.
