"The Silent Flute" was the name given to a screenplay, originally conceived in part by Bruce Lee, James Coburn and Stirling Silliphant. The three men travelled to India scouting locations for the film (Bruce is pictured here with Coburn), but after a month of searching, Coburn backed out of the project and the screenplay was never finished.
