Buddha can be seen seated in bhumi-sparsha-mudra on an ornamented throne. His hair is arranged in spiral curls and there is a protuberance on the head. He has elongated ears and there is an Urna mark on the forehead. He wears an upper garment which covers the left half of the body and a lower garment, the folds of which are to be seen in front of the image. The throne is engraved with human and animal figures. Two small elephants with their trunks upraised are depicted at the back.
