영친왕비의 장신구를 싸는 겹보자기이다. 겉감은 만자문 바탕에 커다란 국화가 배치된 홍색 단(緞)이고 안감은 나비와 국화 무늬가 있는 초록색 주(紬)이다. 보자기 끈은 무늬가 있는 남색 단이며 홍색 실로 박음질하여 고정하였다.
