Bust of Noel Desenfans

This bust appears to derive from his portrait by Northcote. In her Will dated 19 April 1813 Mrs Desenfans bequeathed to the Master, Warden and Fellows of Dulwich College, to be 'placed and preserved in the Mausoleum attached to the same college, viz: two Marble Busts one of my said dear Husband Noel Joseph Desenfans and the other of the said Sir Peter Francis Bourgeois'. The bodies of Bourgeois and Desenfans were placed in the Mausoleum in March 1815.
