Scenes at the Wisbech (Cambridgeshire) Factory where potatoes are converted into flour for
bread, meal for cattle cake; chips and glucose. By a special process potatoes can be kept in store as flour or meal for at least 10 years. The factory is run in conjunction with food defence plans dept. of the Board of Trade.
