Caleb is an autistic artist from England. Diagnosed with autism in his 30s, he’d always enjoyed art as a viewer but not the artist, thinking that he had no artistic talent. He started stippling and creating doodles as a form of distraction and escape. Over time his doodles developed into incredible pieces of art, which Caleb says is a way to record his emotions and experiences, by creating a narrative using his own visual language.
Caleb says that his autistic traits - ritualistic rigid approaches, obsessions with numbers, placement and order - are what makes his art.
