Calves Reared at Kyodo-Gakusha Shintoku Farm

Shintoku Farm's milk prioritizes quality over quantity. From around May when the spring flower buds start to blossom, cattles are free to roam around all day to eat fresh grass. They are brought up by the most natural form of stock raising, eating grass in the mountains and lying down freely.
