Wally Weeks owned numerous properties on Ben Buckler North Bondi and one of his derelict property was called Camp Doreen. Legal drinking in Sydney was prohibited on a Sunday but the older members of the NBSLSC were allowed by Wally to buy a barrel of beer and put it in the middle of a room to be drunk. Sydney Price ex president controlled who was allowed to attend on a Sunday morning to drink the Beer
