Candlenut is a round fruit, yellowish white, 5 cm in diameter or more. Candlenut is widely used in Indonesian culinary delights. Candlenut is commonly added to savory and foods with coconut milk, such as curries. Candlenut is also mixed in the chili sauce. In various dishes that contain meat, candlenut also functions to soften the texture of the meat.
