The capital and the architrave fragment are considered to have been part of the ancient temple of Patmian Artemis, that was situated in the present place of the Monastery. A similar capital is found in the Monastery's Refectory.

- Στοιχεία έργου: Κιονόκρανο με επιστήλιο, αχρονολόγητα. Μάρμαρο λευκό και γκρίζο.
- Περιγραφή: Το κιονόκρανο στηρίζει μέρος επιστηλίου και θεωρείται ότι προέρχεται από τον αρχαίο ναό της Πατμίας Αρτέμιδος, που βρισκόταν στη σημερινή θέση του Μοναστηριού. Παρόμοιο κιονόκρανο ευρίσκεται στην Τράπεζα της Μονής.
