Party games of various kinds have always been popular attractions at social gatherings. Whether home-made or purchased for a party, they help loosen up the group and prompt talk. In 1935 Whitman published a patented set of cards, each marked with a party stunt. The game is simple, draw a card and enact the stunt or pay a penalty. Sample penalties are provided. The illustrations are classic mid-1930s designs.
