Card game:Wheres Johnny? A Game

McLoughlin's "Where's Johnny?" card game is a reading game, but lacks a printed story such as the Peter Coddles reading games have. Instead, printed instructions on the cards give players tasks. The winner is the player who manages to hold the Johnny card at the end. Similar to the Peter Coddles games, humor results from the funny tasks and singing that players must do. It is interesting how so many games from the 19th century have much in common with more contemporary games.
