Caricature of President Juscelino Kubitschek de Oliveira, also known by his initials JK (Diamantina, September 12, 1902 - Resende, August 22, 1976), physician, official of the Minas Gerais Military Police and Brazilian politician who held the Presidency of the Republic between 1956 and 1961. During the presidency, he was responsible for the construction of a new federal capital, Brasília, thus executing an old project to promote the development of the interior and the integration of the country.
