Native tanned? leather. Rectangular, folded in half, looped black string tie, fully beaded. A pressed paper folder for "LE PAPIER/RIZLA" is sewn to the inside. Case edged w/ green. 1) white border w/ green triangles outlined w/red; center rectangle blue w/ crossed US flags, between the poles are opalescent beads. 2) white ground, same triangles on sides w/ initials "P.F.W." in center. The paper case has additional advertising.
