Cathedral of San Giorgio - interior

Roman style elements are visible inside the church, which has a Latin cross plan and five naves with five corresponding external portals and four stone columns in a row. In the central part where the transept crosses the nave there is a 36 meters-high dome, placed next to two side domes.
