US President Harry S. Truman had an entire suite at his personal disposal in Cecilienhof Palace. The former royal library with a desk from Babelsberg Palace served as a study. The adjoining room was used as a ‘back office’ and there was a room for relaxation on the upper floor. (Matthias Simmich)
