Cela as mayor of Zumarramala

In this portrait, José Mondéjar has transformed Camilo José into a woman. The picture's composition is reminiscent of mosaics, with small decorative tiles laid out in a very vivid and colorful arrangement. Camilo José Cela wrote the prolog for the catalog of the Mondéjar exhibition at the Galería Latina in Palma, Majorca in 1981.
