Celtic Psalter ff. 57v-58r

An 11th century Psalter, or Book of Psalms, in Latin probably produced in a monastery on the west coast of Scotland. Designed to be carried in the owner's pocket for private devotion, its minuscule script and intrinsic decoration are Celtic but full-page illustrations have been added in a late Anglo-Saxon style.​
