Central Hall, Campus West, University of York, Heslington, York

This lecture and recreation hall for the University of York was built in 1966-8. It was designed by Robert Matthew, Johnson-Marshall & Partners (RMJM). The hall was designed to be used for lectures, examinations, concerts, drama, ceremonies and conferences. It was listed Grade II in 2018 for its historic and architectural interest.
