Ceramic garden ornament of a head made by Sybil Phoenix OBE

A ceramic bust made by Sybil Phoenix OBE and sited in her garden in south East London. The Garden Museum's Caribbean Garden Heritage Project explores gardens of south London through the eyes of their Caribbean owners. The project was funded by the National Lottery Heritage Fund and uses oral history interviews and photographs to record the impact of the Windrush generation on south London's gardens.
