A beetle, of the genus Ceroglossus. This beautifully iridescent green‐yellow beetle was collected from Chile. English naturalist Charles Darwin collected this same genus of beetle from the Andes of Chile during his five‐year voyage aboard the HMS Beagle (1831‐1836).
