Certificate Issued to Henery Deakopolos, recorded on certificate as enlisted on July 26, 1917 and assigned to Company F, 130th Infantry, Camp Logan, Huston, Texas. Certificate has Allied nations flags arranged in semi-circle over eagle with outstretched wings and American shield in center with American flags draped to the right and left. In center of shield is faded black and white photograph of Deakopolos. Three servicemen in uniform represented at the bottom of the certificate include from left to right the service of Marines, Army and Navy. Bottom left corner shows certificate copyright as 1917 by F.E. Hughes, San Diego, California.

Certificate is soiled and stained all over with large tears along top and upper right edges. Measures: L 53.7 cm x W 35.7 cm.
