Bust portrait of a man with a three-quarter profile and a front view of the face. In military uniform, he is wearing a wig tied with a black ribbon, a blue jacket with a red lining on which the Cross of Saint-Louis is embroidered, and colonel epaulettes. The pommel of a sword can also be seen at the bottom of the portrait.
