Checklist, Alternate and Contingency, Apollo 11

Various prepared notebooks and checklists were provided for astronaut reference during the Apollo moon landing missions. This checklist would have been used during the historic Apollo 11 mission if a deviation from the original flight plan had been required.The checklist was transferred from NASA to the Smithsonian with the contents of the Command Module "Columbia" in 1970.
