One part of the iconography from the Sculpted Chamber of the Lower Temple of the Jaguars at the ancient Maya site of Chichen Itza, Mexico (Figure A 7 and corresponding basal course, West Wall). The object is a 19th century cast from the original, part of the Maudslay Collection at the British Museum.
