This is a ewer with a rimmed opening at the top, tall neck, wide shoulders, and a round, flat base. The upper part of the ewer has two decorations: a handle that curves from the rim to the shoulder and is higher than the rim, and a chicken head spout is on one side. The ewer is decorated with a celadon glaze.
