Child's carrying sling

It is used for carrying young children on their mother's back. It is folded at the top to support a child's head. Has two straps that go over the shoulders and two around the waist. All the four are gathered at the front and one strap twisted around the others. The twisted group is then turned up and tucked under the left shoulder strap.
