Christ Pantocrator (the Almighty) is portrayed in a mosaic medallion with 9 variegated circles (diameter of the medallion – 4,0-4,1 m.). According to canon, Christ blesses people with his right hand. In the left hand he holds the Gospel, which will be opened at the Last Judgement.
