Christopher Kong

Christopher Kong is a London-based and Hong Kong-born food entrepreneur and marathoner. After graduating from the University of Oxford and co-founding Better Nature Ltd. with Driando Ahnan-Winarno, Fabio Rinaldo, and Elin Roberts, Chris has been eating tempeh for almost everyday. As he keeps running marathons, it is safe to say that his sub-3 marathon runs have been fueled by tempeh.
