Chulha (Hearth)

This is a common outdoor kitchen setup in Punjab where a chulha is accompanied by a phatti (low seat). The tava for making roti, when not in use, would be rested against the wall on the chulha. Pot rings and stands to keep hot pots after cooking would be placed around the chulha.
