Among the most important works there is a beautiful Palatine chapel, also called Cabrera chapel, located at the bottom of the right nave and which is an example of late Gothic style that spread while the Chiaramonte family was on power. The building is square shaped, while the octagonal base of the dome is defined by pinnacles standing at the four corners and the dome ends with skylight.
