Coatee, part of Court Dress suit for Japanese official

This coatee is part of a Court Dress uniform for a Japanese diplomat. The embroidery here uses the Paulownia Flower which is the 'mon' of the office of the Japanese Prime Minister and also serves as the Government Seal of Japan whereas the chrysanthemum flower is used only for the Imperial Seal of Japan.
