In 1950, the Coca Cola corporation began a marketing campaign in France, beginning in Paris. Branded vans toured the streets, giving out samples of the drink to the general public.

Coca Cola now refer to this time as 'La révolution du froid' (the cold revolution). From these images, we can see that the French were initially quite 'cold' to the product!
