The Romanesque collegiate church of St. Servatius Quedlinburg is home to the tomb of the first German King Henry I. The cathedral treasure, which contains 56 medieval works of art, is world-famous. Quedlinburg is a UNESCO World Heritage town and has been included in the World Heritage List with the Castle Mount and the Collegiate Church of St. Servatius, the Coin Mount, the Wipertikirche with its Ottonian crypt and more than 1200 half-timbered houses from six centuries.
