Nairobi, Kenya

Two long thin smoothed and sharpened to a point on one end, the other carved in a splayed shape. Carved with a knife by young men from a tree called Marer. Used by young men who are almost ready to marry to comb their hair and to attract girls to love them. Was never sold in the market, also used as an ornament and flea scratchers rather than combs.
