Silver Maltese cross with hand painted porcelain revolving globe in center including Hawaii and continents labeled in French, hanging on a silver "ribbon knot" engraved "1874-1881", attached to a tri-color moire ribbon, red at the center with a left white trim and right blue trim. Two-pronged pin on the back.
