Commemorative Meeting in Faneuil Hall

This notice in The Liberator newspaper advertised the upcoming commemoration of the Boston Massacre and specifically the martyrdom of the first victim to fall, Crispus Attucks. This event, held in the spring of 1858, also used the opportunity of the commemoration to challenge the Supreme Court's Dred Scott Decision, which was issued the previous year.
