Commonwealth Bank Golden Boot Perpetual Trophy 1975-1983

Large trophy, engraved text reads, "Commonwealth Bank Golden Boot Perpetual Trophy". Consists of a flat wood-veneer base with a metal football boot in the centre, and a curved 'wall' around the back, on which are affixed two relief plaques. On the edges of the wall are nailed fourteen small plaques, nine with a year, player's name, and team.
