Three numbered cloth panels worn by Olympic cycling champion Russell Mockridge. Largest panel consists of two white cotton squares, stitched together across one corner and overlocked all around. Painted with the number "10" in black on both pieces. Designed to be tied around the waist, with two lengths of white tape which are sewn to opposite corners. Smaller two panels consists of white cotton squares, overlocked all around. Painted with the number "10", and believed to have been worn over the arm. Held in place with a length white tape sewn from one corner to another.
