The shelter’s material is the newly invented concrete canvas, a cement impregnated fabric bonded to the outer surface of an inflatable inner, ready for use 12 hours later. The stable structure will last ten years, providing time to rebuild the infrastructure of a shattered community. Later, shelters can be used for storage.
