Dark green background. The portrayed is José Luís de Castro, the 2nd Count of Resende (Lisbon, 19 August 1744 — Lisbon, 23 March 1819). He held the post of Viceroy of Brazil for about eleven years, from June 4, 1790 to October 14, 1801.
