View of a pillared kiosk in the courtyard of a temple complex in Kanchipuram. A gopura, or temple gate pyramid, sits to the left of the kiosk surrounded by a stone porch supported by carved pillars. The gopura features five tiers covered with ornately carved statues of Hindu deities. A group of men gather beneath the kiosk roof, sitting and standing, and face the camera. Painted stripes cover the base of the kiosk and the temple porch.
