The Cápac hucha ceremony, a ritual associated with the mountain sacrifice, was also recorded in the chronicles, confirming the existence of offerings in miniature that accompanied the children that were sacrificed by the Incas. This figure of a llama belonging to the Museo de Arte de Lima collection, made in the lost wax casting technique, probably belongs to the category of objects of cult.
