Le Petit Crapal is an internal newspaper, a free expression of the students, produced by and for them, often on the initiative of the Caisse des élèves, and published even in regular issues. In a way, this journal revives the tradition of the manuscript. A unique copy that circulates from casert to casert (for barracks, dormitories), it contains artistic or humorous drawings, poems, written portraits or caricatures, stories, ...,. These original handwritten documents are an inescapable testimony on the life, aspirations and daydreams of the students between 1896 and 1932.
