Convection heater

In 1957, Wim Rietveld, son of Gerrit Rietveld, designed a flat, upright electric convection heater for Inventum. This heater was used for supplementary heating. He placed a 2000 watt electric Inventum element between two slightly convex side walls made of painted sheet steel. They are perforated along the upper edge to provide an outlet for the warm air. The control and switch are mounted on the side. It was produced under the name Mobilux.
