Coque’s cuisine

After being based for more than 40 years and 3 generations in the same building in the Humanes district, the former family restaurant and eatery run by the Sandoval family moved on, changing locations in order to grow. With 2 Michelin stars, 3 Ms in the Metrópoli Guide, and 3 Repsol Suns, Coque has opened its doors in the heart of Madrid, with 12,000 square feet full of hope, dreams, and respect. The third generation—Mario, Rafael, and Diego Sandoval—have created their perfect space. Under the overall supervision of Jean Porsche, they have each contributed to the design with wish lists and flair.
